Crunch Fitness is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple clubs in the region. You will drive sales, manage General Managers, and ensure operations align with company culture and KPI targets. This role requires multisite leadership, a track record in sales and operations, and strong budgeting knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3–5 years in general or regional management in a fitness environment.
• Proven history of success in sales and operations with budgets and cost control.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and a positive, career-driven attitude.
• Computer proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee each club in the region to ensure culture, policies and financial results.
• Manage each club's GM and ensure ongoing performance management.
• Lead regional sales plans and KPI achievement across locations.
• Actively recruit GM and AGM candidates for the region.
• Perform quality checks and follow-up on training and improvements.
• Ensure member satisfaction and retention programs are in place.
