Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple gym locations in the region. The DM will drive sales, manage general managers, and ensure adherence to company protocols and culture while delivering strong financial results.

With a focus on leadership and performance, the role includes recruiting managers, maintaining program standards, and ensuring safety and member satisfaction across all clubs within the district.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of previous experience as a General Manager or Regional Manager in a Fitness Club, with multi-site management experience.
• Must have a proven history of success in sales and operations.
• Must have a positive attitude, be team-oriented, a good leader, and career-driven.

Responsibilities

• The DM is responsible for ensuring each club in their area exemplifies the company’s culture and values, achieves the desired financial results, and executes company operations, procedures, and programs at each club location.
• Manages each club's general manager and ensures appropriate performance management within each club.
• Achieves and exceeds the region's sales plans and KPIs, actively recruits GM and AGM candidates, conducts quality control checks, and ensures member satisfaction and retention.
