Job summary

SavATree in Denver, CO is seeking a District GTC & Safety Trainer to build capacity in safety, quality, and productivity across branch teams. You will identify core skills, design training, and coach field staff to maintain high standards and exceptional customer satisfaction.

This full-time role partners with branch leaders, recruits through local and national networks, and delivers in-person or virtual training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a lead or training role in General Tree Care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to train clearly and motivate teams.
• Willingness to travel and represent SavATree locally and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTC training at branch locations and virtually.
• Develop and deliver safety and productivity training.
• Ensure quality audits meet client expectations.
• Partner with HR to update training materials.
• Support safety program and branch compliance.
