Job summary

SavATree in Denver, CO seeks a Western District GTC & Safety Trainer to elevate branch crews through hands-on training in General Tree Care, safety, and quality. You will partner with branch leaders, certify operators, and drive 80% compliance across locations, delivering in-person and virtual sessions.

You’ll use SDAP requirements, audit job quality, and help recruit talent through local and national networks. A high school diploma is required, with Arborist certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to train and teach clearly, with patience and motivation to achieve high performance.
• Willingness to coach others and adapt to changing training needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct GTC Training at branches, in-person or virtually.
• Train and certify operators; audit SDAP and branch compliance.
• Increase crew productivity and safety with best practices; collaborate with HR.
