Job summary

Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc. seeks a seasoned GSE Regional Manager to lead and optimize ground support equipment operations across multiple locations.

You will drive safety, reliability, and efficiency while guiding a team of GSE technicians and coordinating with gateway and station leadership. Responsibilities include strategic oversight of KPIs, maintenance scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of verified GSE mechanical experience, or 5+ years in a similar environment.
• Thorough knowledge of diesel/gas engines and hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Extensive ramp or cargo operational experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; credible with frontline teams and senior leadership.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; able to work flexible schedule including evenings/weekends; eligible for SIDA badge and pre-employment drug screen; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all GSE operations across the network and locations.
• Ensure safety regulations, standards, and customer expectations are met at every location.
• Develop and monitor gateway GSE spare parts inventory for normal and contingency operations.
• Respond to and manage equipment emergencies and disruptions across the network.
• Lead, mentor, and develop GSE technicians; recruit and train personnel.
• Lead monthly team meetings to address operations, safety, and performance.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs, maintenance schedules, and fleet reliability.
• Collaborate with gateway, station leadership, and HQ to align GSE with company goals.
