Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc. is seeking a GSE Regional Manager to lead ground service equipment operations across a multi-site network, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency. You will set standards, analyze performance data, and collaborate with gateway and station leadership.

The role requires senior leadership experience, technical GSE knowledge, and the ability to manage technicians while traveling to gateway and station locations across the network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of verified GSE mechanical experience or 5+ years in a heavy mechanical environment.
• Thorough working knowledge of diesel and gas engines, various transmissions, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; confident and credible with both frontline teams and senior leadership.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be flexible, self-motivated, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Must be able to fulfill the requirements to obtain a SIDA badge and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GSE operations across multiple locations and ensure safety and reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GSE technicians.
• Manage parts inventory and emergency response across network.
• Coordinate with gateway, station leadership, and HQ to align operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI reporting across the fleet.
