Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and minimum 5 years in corporate fleet administration or aviation ground handling
• Familiarization with fleet telematics desired
• OSHA and EPA regulations knowledge preferred
• Ability to travel up to 30% and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
• Coordinate inter-region transfer of equipment.
• POC for GSE specifications and supply chain matters.
• Propose FMS rationalization for efficiency.
• Manage GSE conditioning, retirement, and salvage initiatives.
• Oversee DOT regulatory compliance and licensing documentation.
• Monitor OEM vendors and feedback on equipment performance.
• Own short/long term equipment replacement processes.
• Lead CapEx/leasing budget planning and equipment planning models.
• Align with global fleet strategies and regional execution.
