Job summary

FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a Regional Director of Growth and Strategy to lead community engagement, strategic partnerships, fundraising, public affairs, and outreach across Missouri and Kansas. The role partners with the VP of Growth and Strategy to build donor networks, collaborations with nonprofits, businesses, and government entities.

This position acts as a key ambassador, strengthening community awareness and referrals while collaborating with internal teams to maximize mission impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse partners and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences.
• Travel within Missouri and Kansas with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement and strategic partnerships across MO and KS.
• Oversee fundraising, public affairs, and outreach to grow donors and awareness.
• Serve as ambassador through public speaking and stakeholder collaboration.
