Job summary

Hodge MF is seeking a Regional Executive/Manager to cover Portsmouth, Isle of Wight and Redhill. You will acquire and onboard introducers, manage performance, and drive sustainable volume from dealer partners.

You’ll oversee commission oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain forecasts, and deliver on lending targets while supporting dealers through training and deal structuring. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Field-based regional role requiring travel across assigned area.
• Strong onboarding and onboarding of introducers and dealers.
• Experience delivering forecasts and meeting lending targets.
• Knowledge of FCA rules and data protection standards.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to train and support dealers with deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and onboard new introducers within the defined region.
• Present and explain the dealer package to maximize conversions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and ramp-up in production.
• Deliver agreed case volume and lending targets in your region.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and submit accurate forecasts.
• Analyze performance data and take proactive steps to meet targets.
• Own and manage relationships with dealers for engagement and profitability.
• Support introducers with training, deal structuring and education.
• Monitor introducer commissions and address clawbacks or debt promptly.
• Ensure FCA compliance and data protection adherence in all activities.
