Job summary
McCarthy Tire Service in Virginia is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performing sales team across Southern and Central Virginia, delivering revenue growth, customer retention, and expanded market share. You will set strategy, coach Account Managers, and drive performance with accountability and strong leadership.
The ideal candidate has proven B2B sales leadership, excellent coaching and negotiation skills, and hands-on experience turning plans into results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful sales leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Experience managing and developing sales professionals.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Southern and Central Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop regional sales team across Southern and Central Virginia.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to hit revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
- Monitor pipeline activity and coach to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to align sales with service delivery.
- Drive new business while retaining and expanding key accounts.
