Platinum Dental Services in Nevada is seeking an Assistant Regional Leader to support multiple dental practices in the Vegas region. You will partner with our regional leader and teams to cultivate thriving, patient-focused practices while achieving strong financial outcomes.

The role is in-office, with travel between practices and a focus on developing leaders, driving results, and upholding Platinum’s values.

Qualifications

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple locations and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between practices within the Colorado region.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a group of dental practices within the Colorado region (with the expectation of adding additional locations as you are trained and ramped).
  • Support and develop practice leadership (office managers, lead assistants, hygienists, and doctor leaders) to run high-performing, patient-centered practices.
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching in all aspects of practice management as needed (operations, patient experience, scheduling, collections, etc.).
  • Monitor key performance metrics and work with practice leaders to hit growth and profitability targets for your region.
  • Drive consistent implementation of systems, processes, and best practices across all locations you support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and participate in weekly leadership and "Train the Trainer" meetings (held virtually or at a designated office), as well as other leadership trainings.
  • Model Platinum's core values in your leadership, decision-making, and daily interactions.
  • Be present in the practices you oversee: this is an in-office, boots-on-the-ground role, not a remote position.

Assistant Regional Leader - Vegas Region

About the Role
Platinum Dental Services is growing in Nevada, and we're looking for an Assistant Regional Partner (ARP) to support multiple dental practices in the region. This role is perfect for someone who loves developing leaders, driving results, and making a real impact on both people and practice performance.

As an ARP, you'll partner with our regional leader, clinical and administrative teams to create thriving, patient-focused practices while achieving strong financial outcomes.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to regional results. Additional details about the bonus structure will be discussed during the interview and offer process.
What You'll Do

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Primarily in-office at the practices you support, Monday-Friday.
  • Occasional evenings or weekends may be needed for trainings or urgent regional needs.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in dental, healthcare, or multi-site operations leadership highly preferred (e.g., Practice Manager, Office Manager, Regional Manager, or similar).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and coaching teams.
  • Solid business and financial acumen, with comfort working toward growth and profitability goals.
