Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Regional Growth Director to lead Market Growth Teams across Birmingham-area markets and drive patient membership growth. You will develop strategies, staff local teams, and partner with Medicare Advantage plans, FMOs, and brokers to expand patient membership.

Reporting to the VP of Growth & Marketing, you will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive monthly targets while mentoring a cross-functional team and serving ArchWell Health in local communities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in Medicare Advantage.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience with seniors or medically underserved is preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
• Drive monthly growth targets with strong leadership and compliance.
• Manage budgets and track performance in Salesforce.
• Build relationships with Medicare Advantage plans, FMOs, and brokers.
• Lead market outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Report progress to Executive Leadership.
• Represent ArchWell Health in local communities.
