Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to engage with the senior community through community-based marketing, events, and partnerships with Medicare agents. The role supports the sales team by driving membership growth and ensuring a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of B2B/B2C outreach or sales experience, strong communication skills, and established community relationships. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Established community relationships.
• 4+ years of B2B and/or B2C community outreach experience or sales equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience with a provider office or a Medicare health plan (preferred).
• High energy with a passion to improve the lives of seniors.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience using Salesforce (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).

Responsibilities

• Builds and leverages relationships with community-based organizations to spread awareness and drive membership growth.
• Sets up and coordinates participation in senior-focused events and host events in centers.
• Collaborates with Membership Consultants and Marketing Growth Manager to execute membership growth plans.
• Partner with multiple sales channels, leveraging Medicare carrier agents and brokers to drive events and generate leads.
• Track event results, leads, and new members to assess effectiveness.
• Adhere to and track budget expenditures on marketing activities.
• Serve as an ambassador for ArchWell Health.
