Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to meet membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Drive market expansion, new chapter development, and leadership talent pipelines.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospective Members and Chapter opportunities.
• Coach Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors to improve growth metrics.
• Conduct regular business reviews and leverage analytics to guide decisions.
