BNI utilizes a single posted salary range for positions that are subject to pay transparency requirements. Several jurisdictions require employers to disclose a “good faith” pay range in job postings, and requirements vary by state and locality.

Rather than maintain multiple posting ranges for the same role, BNI applies a single approved range that represents the compensation range the company, in good faith, may pay for the position.

This approach promotes compliance, consistency, pay equity, and administrative simplicity across jurisdictions.

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 plus a $25,000 Incentive Plan.
