Job summary

Wohlsen Construction seeks a regional leader to drive growth across Eastern Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia area. You will oversee business development, plan projects, guide execution, and engage teams to deliver profitable results.

You will manage revenue, regional P&L, and backlogs, build long-term client relationships, and lead safety-first operations while developing your regional team and partnering with the VP of Construction to expand Wohlsen’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or business administration.
• 15 years of construction leadership experience.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel, including overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of regional business development, including presenting proposals and identifying profitable opportunities.
• Ensure region meets Wohlsen Safety standards and leads by example.
• Manage revenue, profit, awards, backlog, and review regional P&L for planning.
• Provide leadership to develop and manage the regional team and staff.
• Build long-term client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
