Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Business Director to lead a high-performing team focused on the launch and commercialization of the company’s portfolio in oncology, rheumatology, and immunology.

The role reports to the National Project Director and will oversee Key Account Managers and Associate Account Managers across a defined geography, driving access and utilization in community-focused networks and infusion centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably within institutional, specialty, biologics, oncology, immunology, rheumatology, or hospital-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management team focused on community-focused/large practice networks, infusion centers, and other key healthcare stakeholders.
• Recruit and hire team of Key Account Managers for designated territories within an assigned geography.
• Lead, motivate, and direct team, ensuring training in product knowledge, contracting, market conditions, brand strategy and tactics, and policies.
