WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead Managing Directors across the region and accelerate growth. The RVP will set strategy, mentor leaders, and strengthen advisor development to expand the firm’s presence in Wyoming and nearby markets.

This role requires a proven leader in financial services with a track record of building high-performing teams, ensuring compliance, and delivering measurable results through planning and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience in financial services, regional or multi-office preferred.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and leading advisor teams.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into action.
• Solid understanding of compliance, wealth management, and financial planning practices.
