WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a dynamic Regional Vice President to provide strategic direction to Managing Directors across the region. The RVP will lead growth, develop advisors, and expand the firm's market presence in Idaho and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate has proven senior leadership in financial services, a track record of building high-performing teams, and the ability to execute long-term plans with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior leader in financial services, regional/multi-office preferred.
• Experience as a financial advisor or leading advisor teams.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and lead high-performing professionals.
• Strategic thinker able to translate vision into action.
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial planning, and wealth management.
