Qualifications

  • 10-15 years' experience in financial or brokerage, preferably on the retail side.
  • Knowledge of broker recruitment & retention, branch operations, procedures and systems.
  • Knowledge of applicable industry regulations; strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills; leadership; ability to work under pressure.
  • High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Series 7, 63 and 65 licensing preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of compliance surveillance and regulatory issues.

HilltopSecurities is looking to hire a Regional Growth Advisor. The Regional Growth Advisor will lead strategic initiatives to expand the financial advisory footprint in the Central/Northern California regions and will work in the firm’s Roseville Branch office. This role is responsible for driving growth in client acquisition, assets under management, and revenue by identifying market opportunities, recruiting, and developing financial advisors, and fostering high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities
