HilltopSecurities in Roseville, CA is seeking a Regional Growth Advisor to expand the financial advisory footprint in Central/Northern California. You will drive growth in client acquisition, assets under management, and revenue by recruiting and developing financial advisors and building high-value client relationships.

Lead market analyses, identify opportunities, and collaborate with advisors to implement regional growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in financial or brokerage, preferably on the retail side.
• Knowledge of broker recruitment & retention, branch operations, procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of applicable industry regulations; strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills; leadership; ability to work under pressure.
• High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Series 7, 63 and 65 licensing preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of compliance surveillance and regulatory issues.

• Analyze competitive landscape and client demographics to inform expansion.

• Support advisor development through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement among advisors.
• Collaborate with advisors to develop business plans that align with growth objectives.
