Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a Regional Grant Specialist to support the Grants Administration team in Wake County. You will review and approve grant applications, and monthly ROAP reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This temporary role may serve as regional lead during vacancies or heavy workload, requiring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and strong data analysis skills. A relevant degree and experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal/state laws affecting public transportation and grant programs.
• Experience using Office software to analyze and present data.
