Qualifications

• Education: BSEE, BSME, or equivalent with 1+ years of verification experience.
• Proficient with Cadence Virtuoso, ADE Explorer, Xcelium, and Spectre simulation flows.
• Experienced in Verilog-AMS/SystemVerilog and AMS behavioral modeling practices.
• Comfortable scripting in Python, and/or C/C++ for automation and data parsing.
• Familiar with Unix/Linux command line, editors, and version control systems.
• Willingness to travel ~20% for a two-year RGP program.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-leveraged strategies to improve verification flow and coverage.
• Model Verilog-AMS and SystemVerilog behavioral models and compare with schematics.
• Create mixed-signal testbenches in Cadence ADE Explorer and Xcelium; automate regressions.
• Develop schematics and netlists for simulation; maintain tool flow configurations.
• Verify device- and system-level requirements through simulation; document discrepancies.
• Contribute to DFT plans, digital scan support, and bench testability assessments.
• Debug analog and digital integration issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Coordinate with design/test/production teams for pre-silicon verification.
• Participate in 2-year rotation across divisions; present progress updates.
• Mentor future RGP members during the program period.
