Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in EE or related field, have strong analog/mixed-signal fundamentals, and be proficient with Cadence tools for schematic capture and simulation. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Strong fundamentals in analog/mixed-signal circuit design and semiconductor device physics.
• Exposure to backend semiconductor processing or RadHard design is a plus.
• Experience with schematic capture and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and validate analog/mixed-signal IP blocks for radiation-hardened power management applications.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure optimal block performance and RadHard compliance.
• Oversee behavioral modeling across process corners and document design architectures.
• Assist in IC verification and lab activities for mixed-signal IP.
• Support cross-functional teams to align design intent with system-level goals.
