Job summary

SFR3 LLC seeks a General Manager to lead market operations in Georgia. You will own renovation, turnover, and maintenance across the region, build capable teams, and drive profitability with disciplined cost and schedule controls. You’ll collaborate with centralized teams to align with fund-wide goals and HUD-like performance standards.

You’ll manage vendor partners, ensure timely completions, and maintain tenant experience, all while growing the market as a self-contained business unit.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of residential construction and repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing and electrical basics.
• Experience in property management or occupied-home service delivery preferred.
• Excellent financial judgment for cost/quality/speed decisions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold vendors accountable.

Responsibilities

• Own renovation, turn, maintenance, and property operations across your region.
• Scope homes, identify repairs, and drive daily progress.
• Eliminate renovation backlogs with urgency and discipline.
• Ensure high-quality completions aligned with standards.
• Solve complex construction problems and manage crews.
• Drive cost efficiency while maintaining resident experience.
