Job summary

SFR3 Fund in Columbus, GA is seeking a General Manager to run a market as a self-contained business unit. You’ll oversee renovations, turn, and operations with 75% in the field and 25% in reporting and admin. You’ll drive cost, quality, and yield while building a lean operation.

You’ll assess homes, lead crews, and make on-site decisions to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with performance metrics. Strong financial sense and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in housing/renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of HUD/HQS-like standards and QA processes.
• Ability to scope homes, assess repair needs, and drive in-field progress.
• Proven ability to balance cost, quality, speed, and tenant experience.

Responsibilities

• Own all turn, maintenance and property operations across your market(s).
• Personally scope homes, identify repair needs, and drive progress.
• Conduct hands-on QCs in the field to confirm quality and compliance.
• Lead in-field training and audits for employees and vendors.
