Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Regional General Manager Bag-in-Box North America to lead three sites in USA, Canada and Mexico. You will drive performance, alignment, and growth across the regional network, shaping a scalable organization for the future.

Reporting to the CEO and a member of the Divisional Executive Committee, you will balance local execution excellence with regional strategy, push for operational excellence, and develop leadership across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in general management with P&L ownership.
• Experience leading multiple manufacturing sites or business units.
• Strong track record in driving operational excellence and transformation.
• Able to manage cross-border, multi-cultural teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strategic thinker with execution capability and KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site manufacturing network across USA, Canada and Mexico.
• Own regional P&L and drive EBITDA growth through disciplined cost management and productivity improvements.
• Define and execute the North America strategy for Bag-in-Box in collaboration with Sales and New Markets teams.
• Drive operational excellence across sites, standardizing processes and sharing best practices.
• Build a high-performing, values-driven organization with leadership development and succession planning.
