Smurfit Westrock is seeking a General Manager for Beverage Packaging Systems in Smyrna, GA. You will lead the North America Machinery Operations and Service, drive profitability, and align innovation with the company framework.

You will manage global customer engagement, ensure safety standards, and supervise on-site teams and partners to deliver high-quality packaging systems on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical field.
15+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Strong technical background in high-speed machinery.
Proven budget and financial management experience.
Track record of setting goals and leading transformative change.
Ability to develop others and manage capital (P&L).
Excellent strategic planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
