Job summary

WillScot is seeking a General Manager to lead regional growth and profitability across multiple locations in the United States. You will own the regional P&L, develop strategic business plans, and align operations with company objectives.

You will supervise sales, operations, fleet management, transportation, and field service, drive market penetration, and build high-performing teams through talent development and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Ability to lead sales and operations teams and drive market penetration.
• Experience managing multiple locations and fleet/logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee regional P&L, operating locations across multiple MSAs and revenue ranges.
• Lead safety, efficiency, customer-focused delivery and operational excellence.
