Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center in Neosho, MO seeks a General Manager to drive revenue and profitability across designated facilities. You will lead the regional sales team and facility managers, work with merchandising and nutrition teams, and report to the Operating Board on trends and growth targets.

You will guide customer experience, implement sales enablement, monitor Salesforce/CPQ activity, and align with VP Sales, Nutrition, and Operations to balance service and costs while expanding product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an agriculturally or operations related field and 6+ years of industry experience.
Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in sales leadership and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead regional sales team to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Nutrition, and Operations to grow product lines and GP.
Monitor sales metrics using Salesforce/CPQ and provide coaching to the team.
Develop location business plans and ensure customer experience excellence.
Collaborate with VP Sales, VP Nutrition, VP Operations to align strategy.
