Job summary

The Erosion Company (TEC) is seeking a results-driven General Manager to own the market, lead multiple branches, and drive growth and profitability. This leadership role requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will manage P&L, develop leaders, and partner with sales to expand revenue while building strong relationships with developers, contractors, and regulators across the region. Expect extensive travel (50%+).

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in construction services or related environment.
• 5+ years of management with direct P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple locations or a distributed footprint.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and profitability across teams.
• Strong financial acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction across all branches in the region.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, forecasts, staffing, and resources.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market share with sales leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service across locations.
