Qualifications

6+ years in regional planning, freight brokerage, or carrier operations optimization.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with data-driven mindset.
Solid understanding of logistics operations and HOS regulations.

Responsibilities

Intelligent Network Orchestration: identify profitable loads and tenders for multiple hubs.
Tactical Forecasting & Balance: forecast volume spikes and rebalance assets toward high-demand zones.
Execution & Driver Success: plan loads with real-time constraints and reduce empty miles.
Carrier Procurement & Relations: source high-performance carriers and negotiate rates.
Systems & Data Integrity: maintain real-time accuracy in our TMS (Qargo).
