The Mindset: A self-starter who treats their region like their own business. You are as comfortable talking to a driver as you are analyzing a spreadsheet.
The Tech Stack: Experience with modern TMS (Qargo preferred) and a high level of comfort using AI tools and algorithmic routing platforms.
