Job summary

UFG, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President of Franchise Sales to drive franchise growth across the region from Illinois. You will present franchise opportunities, manage leads, and build strong relationships with existing franchisees while reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

You should have 5+ years in business ownership or outside transactional sales, own a vehicle, and be comfortable traveling daily to meet prospects. Base salary plus uncapped commission is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance are required.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard business tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to manage expenses with a corporate card.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Present franchise brand offerings using marketing materials and store tours.
• Forward leads to corporate for discovery day tours.
• Maintain relationships with existing franchises in the region.
• Lead franchise growth, affiliations, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with business brokers and consultants.
• Attend trade shows across the region with the team.
• Conduct virtual meetings with prospects as needed.
