Job summary

The Parts Authority in Port Washington, NY is seeking an FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and regional performance reporting across multiple regions. This hands‑on role blends financial modeling with day‑to‑day relationship management with regional VPs and operations leaders.

You will partner with regional teams to build annual budgets, lead monthly reviews, analyze variances, and support labor planning, expansion, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Experience with planning and digital tools (Planful, PowerBI, Power Query, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx).
• Comfort presenting to non‑finance stakeholders and translating numbers into a business story.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and regional P&L for defined regions.
• Lead monthly business reviews with regional leadership.
• Analyze regional performance against forecast and prior year; flag risks/opportunities.
• Build financial models supporting labor planning, capital requests, and expansion.
• Track labor trends and prepare staffing models and forecasts.
• Standardize and improve regional reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Act as finance lead on cross‑functional initiatives to align regional targets with corporate strategy.
• Support month‑end close and ensure regional actuals are reflected in consolidated results.
• Mentor and develop financial analysts supporting regional reporting.
