Responsibilities

• Leads FP&A across hospital operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Provides financial visibility to regional/market leadership for decision making.
• Develops and mentors a team of analysts for FP&A processes.
• Standardizes assumptions and reporting tools across markets for consistency.
• Consolidates results and delivers actionable insights with dashboards.
• Serves as trusted financial partner to leadership and operators.
• Translates results into actionable insights to support decisions.
• Supports regular financial and operational performance reviews.
• Monitors performance vs budget and forecast, highlighting risks/opportunities.
• Identifies risks and opportunities and drives follow-up actions.
• Maintains field presence ~25% travel to stay connected with operations.
