• In-office with potential for remote days after establishment; healthcare exp preferred.
• Experience in PE-backed, multi-site healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own company-wide forecasting and budget processes.
• Develop unit economics and KPI models per service line.
• Build executive dashboards and board-ready materials.
• Support monthly financial and operating reviews.
