Washington County's Behavioral Health Division within Health and Human Services is seeking a collaborative Aid and Assist Program Coordinator to join our Forensic team. You will develop and monitor local Community Restoration services, serving as a bridge between the mental health system and the criminal courts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social service, clinical psychology, counseling, or related field and three years in the behavioral health field.
• Certification by the Mental Health and Addictions Certification Board of Oregon as a QMHP or an approved clinical license under Oregon rules.

Responsibilities

• Program Administration & Team Leadership: Manage daily program operations and guide staff to ensure timely follow-through.
• System Liaison & Bridge-Building: Act as the primary contact to the State Court, OHA, OSH, defense and prosecuting attorneys.
• Service Coordination & Compliance: Ensure competency restoration services align with ORS 161.370 and related rules.
