Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a seasoned Supervisor to provide professional and technical support to the Director of Court Services within the Forensic Services Division. The role focuses on planning, analyzing, and collecting data to inform management decisions and program planning.

You will oversee four Program Assistants and a Media Specialist, track inpatient, jail, and outpatient evaluations, and ensure all Consent Decree requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position.
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Experience working with courts and attorneys is desirable.
• Familiarity with KRONOS and data systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and collect data for use by the Director of Court Services and Forensic Services Division.
• Supervise four Program Assistants and one Media Specialist; monitor patient evaluations from court orders to reports.
• Ensure compliance with Consent Decree deadlines and monitor court orders for ITP and restoration patients.
• Travel to court hearings, team meetings, and departmental functions as needed.
• Develop strategies for work processes and communicate information needs to management for program planning.
