Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail allocation or related field.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Experience with allocation/planning systems is a plus (o9, JDA, Manhattan).

Responsibilities

• Project Timeline Management – track NSO allocation milestones for store openings.
• Assortment Planning - set targets by product category using demographics and sales trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – work with Buying, Planning, Merchandising, Retail Ops and Distribution.
• Reporting & Documentation – maintain trackers and summaries for NSO status.
• Capacity Planning – adjust workload for multiple openings and post-opening review.
