Job summary

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in culinary arts or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience coordinating food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned facilities and supervise Food Service Directors.
• Ensure policies/procedures are followed to deliver high quality service at controlled costs.
• Develop and manage budgets, sales plans, production records, inventory and labor productivity.
• Review financial results weekly/monthly and adjust to meet budgets.
• Lead training, set goals, and ensure compliance with HR and safety policies.
