Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking a Regional Float RN Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations across seven communities in Minnesota. You will travel between campuses, supervise care teams, and oversee care plans to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel between seven communities.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across seven communities within your region.
• Travel between communities based on clinical and operational needs.
• Conduct resident assessments and oversee individualized service plans.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and coordinate appropriate care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and community leaders.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Coach, train, and develop care teams.
• Support communities experiencing staffing, leadership, or clinical challenges.
• Partner with physicians, hospice, therapy, pharmacies, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Promote consistent clinical standards, quality care, resident safety, and regulatory compliance.
