Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse. Eligible candidates can receive up to a $24,000 hiring incentive.

The starting minimum rate is $41.50 per hour with increased rates for experienced staff and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. The RN will assess, plan, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure the highest level of patient care and family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize and perform nursing activities.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications and diagnostics.
