Join Mercy Southeast (Cape Girardeau) as a Registered Nurse in the Regional Float Pool. This part-time night-shift role supports multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region, delivering high-quality adult/geriatric nursing care and collaborating with diverse care teams.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus with no contract, comprehensive benefits from day one, tuition support, and additional regional float pool perks. Experience across Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU and related units is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• One year of recent bedside RN experience to work Med/Surg; two years for other specialties.
• BLS for Med/Surg; BLS and ACLS for Critical Care.
• Stand/walk most of the shift with ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Float across Mercy Southeast Cape Girardeau and surrounding facilities as part of Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations.
• Provide patient and family education and support as needed.
