Job summary

HealthCARE Express is seeking a Regional Float Paramedic to provide coverage across Maumelle, Bryant, and Sherwood urgent care clinics. You will float between locations based on patient volume and staffing needs, primarily working 12-hour PRN shifts.

The role requires an active Paramedic certification and the ability to travel between all three Arkansas clinics. Previous urgent care/EMS experience is preferred but not required, and a dependable, flexible approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Paramedic certification.
• Willing to travel between Maumelle, Bryant, and Sherwood.
• Experience in urgent care, EMS, or related healthcare preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care and support clinic operations.
• Document vital signs, prep patients for exams, perform EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection and routine labs; administer medications within scope and start IVs.
• Support patient flow, maintain confidentiality, and step in wherever needed to keep clinics running efficiently.
