Job summary

HealthCARE Express is seeking a Regional Float LPN to provide flexible coverage across Maumelle, Bryant, and Sherwood urgent care clinics. This PRN role involves floating between sites based on patient volume and staffing needs, with primary shifts typically 12 hours long from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Qualifications

Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Arkansas

Pay: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: PRN / As Needed | Primarily 12-Hour Shifts
Float Area: Maumelle, Bryant & Sherwood, Arkansas

HealthCARE Express is looking for a dependable, flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Regional Float LPN.

This is a PRN, as-needed position providing clinical coverage at our Maumelle, Bryant, and Sherwood urgent care clinics. Rather than being assigned to one location, you'll float between clinics based on patient volume, staffing needs, and clinic coverage.

This is a great fit for an LPN who enjoys variety, works well with different teams, and is comfortable jumping in wherever support is needed.

Pay & Schedule

• $26.00 per hour
• PRN / as-needed
• Primarily 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Saturday coverage may be needed from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Must be willing and able to work at Maumelle, Bryant, and Sherwood
• Hours and clinic location will vary based on coverage needs

What You'll Be Doing

As a Regional Float LPN, you'll work alongside Providers and clinic team members to deliver quality patient care and help keep clinic operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include obtaining and documenting vital signs, performing EKGs, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications and injections as directed, performing venipuncture and routine lab testing, wound care, removing sutures and staples, applying splints, assisting with referrals, and maintaining accurate patient documentation.

You’ll also be expected to adapt quickly to different clinic environments, communicate effectively with team members, maintain patient confidentiality, and step in wherever needed to support patient flow and clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an LPN who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced urgent care environment. Strong multitasking and communication skills are important, along with attention to detail and a patient-focused approach.

Applicants must hold a current LPN license and be comfortable traveling between all three Arkansas clinic locations. Previous urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, or similar clinical experience is preferred.
