West State Street in Salem, WV seeks a Regional Float LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care, support positive patient outcomes, and assist with assessments and care planning. You will supervise unlicensed staff and collaborate with the care team to meet patient needs.

Requirements include graduation from an approved practical nursing program, current state licensure, English proficiency, and BLS/CPR certification. Prior geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing is required.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning; provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
