Global Medical Response is hiring a Regional Floating Flight Nurse to join a team of air transportation experts in critical patient care transport and on-scene call work. The role emphasizes safety, high standards, and collaboration across air and ground teams.

Starting range is $90,000-$93,000 annually with a 5 days on/10 days off rotation and company-paid crew housing while on shift. Prior flight experience and CFRN status within 24 months are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Emergency or Adult Critical Care as a licensed RN.
• Current RN license in the states served by the assigned area.
• EMT Certification & Trauma Certification where required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required; CFRN within 24 months from hire date.

Responsabilités

• Assess situations to determine best course of action to support, monitor and treat patients in critical care.
• Utilize critical thinking to manage critically ill or injured patients and support physicians' orders.
• Maintain safe, clean aircraft environment; perform equipment/base checks; comply with safety standards.
• Communicate professionally with air/ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Share shift change info and maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Maintain required certifications and training for the position.
