Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager in Henderson, NV (Hybrid) to lead fleet operations and a driver team across the market. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery and pickups of customer artwork at Framebridge retail locations, with responsibility for driver management, fleet maintenance, routing, and store partnerships.

The role requires hands-on fleet operations experience, strong people management, and a solutions-focused mindset. Reports to the National Transportation Planner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management or related field.
• Experience managing drivers or field teams (hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance).
• Familiarity with GPS telematics, fleet management platforms, route optimization tools.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with store partnerships and driver leadership.
• Proficiency in analyzing KPIs and translating data into improvements.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of onsite drivers, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Build and manage weekly driver schedules, approve timecards, coordinate coverage for absences.
• Monitor driver behavior via GPS telematics and ride-alongs; lead safety meetings and incident reporting.
• Create and distribute daily pickup/delivery manifests; optimize routes for efficiency and cost.
• Serve as primary contact for retail store leadership on delivery and driver matters.
