Job summary

Framebridge is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager in Henderson, NV (Hybrid) to lead our driver team and fleet operations across the market. You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, safety, and performance while partnering with store leadership to ensure on-time, cost-efficient deliveries of customer artwork.

The role requires 3+ years in fleet/transport operations, familiarity with GPS telematics and DOT regulations, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or related field.
• Experience managing drivers or field-based teams, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, performance management.
• Familiarity with GPS telematics, fleet management platforms, and route optimization tools.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and applicable local, state, and federal transportation compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of onsite drivers, including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action.
• Build and manage weekly driver schedules; approve timecards and coordinate coverage for planned absences.
• Monitor driver behavior via GPS telematics; conduct monthly safety meetings; manage accident reporting and root-cause remediation.
• Create and distribute daily pickup and delivery manifests; optimize route sequences for efficiency and cost; troubleshoot missed stops.
• Serve as primary point of contact for store leadership on delivery, pickup, and driver matters; resolve escalations and maintain relationships.
• Manage local fleet of company-owned, rental, and leased vehicles; maintenance scheduling, registrations, insurance, GPS devices, fuel cards, audits.
• Review and approve driver expenses; coordinate with Finance on reconciliation and budgets.
• Track traffic violations and tolls; implement coaching to reduce violations and costs.
• Maintain audit-ready records; renew registrations, permits, and certifications.
